Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect product selection by the customer

• Size or preference issues

• Used, opened, or damaged products caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during shipping,

• Defective upon arrival, or

• Different from the item you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution if the issue is verified.
